Terms & Conditions

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars & include all local taxes, including GST, where applicable.

• We will only deliver a quality gift. There may be instances where product substitutions may be necessary. Customers can be assured that in these instances the gift delivered will closely resemble the one featured on our website, and product substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

• Please note that it is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years (Liquor Act 1982).

An additional P & H surcharge will apply for orders to international, regional & remote areas and EXPRESS POST SERVICE (which is available upon request). Please contact us by email / ph before placing your order so we can give you an accurate postage charge.

Bulk Delivery Rates to single destinations is also available – please contact us for details.

Delivery time
We aim to send your order ASAP from Sydney, except where a gift is out of stock, in which case we will contact you & advise you of any delay &/or to organise an alternative gift.

If you have urgent or special delivery requirements, please contact us so that we can do our best to meet your needs.

From when your order is placed, we estimate delivery to be 7 - 14 working days.
In the event of unforseen delays through our delivery services that are out of our control, such as parcels lost in transit, we will act swiftly to get the situation rectified ASAP. Regretfully we cannot offer a replacement/refund until our recuperation operation is fulfilled.

Delivery service
Please read our standard terms for reliable delivery.

• We use either Registered Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on where you live in Australia.
Our postage & handling fee includes insurance to the value of $100 & tracks parcels for your peace of mind.

• If no-one is at home when the courier or Australia Post delivers, or you are sending to a PO box, you will receive a 'card' explaining how to arrange another drop-off by the courier, or to collect the parcel from the Post Office. (An additional fee may apply)

• Orders can be shipped to a work address if no-one will be at home during the day

Please note:

• It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged so please contact us ASAP. A replacement gift may be sent according to our discretion following our investigations & may not be sent immediately.

• We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place or resulting from late delivery.

Contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery details. If your order has not been sent it may be possible to change the details without charge.

Tips for ensuring a successful delivery
Please ensure:

• you have provided all contact phone numbers for yourself and the recipient in case of any problems.

• You have ordered early to ensure the time and date of delivery can be met.

• all fields are filled in correctly and you have double-checked both your credit card number and expiry date

• you have provided the correct delivery address

Payment details
We accept direct deposit, VISA & MasterCard through Paypal for all online orders. Please note that gifts will not be sent until payment is cleared.

Once Payment has been processed a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you.

Additional charges may be incurred if:

• no one is home, and a re-delivery is necessary
• an incorrect address has been supplied
• delivery details have been changed
• there is an order cancellation - an administration fee applies

Refunds
At Guilt-free Gifts we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.

In the case of you not being satisfied with the condition of your Guilt-free Gift, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to assess the situation.
Unfortunatley we can only replace/refund gifts due to product faults, NOT change of mind, and this will be assessed by us on return of gift.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a replacement gift if the original one is disposed of as we would be unable to assess the cause of the problem.

Using the Online Shop
1. Browse through our departments using the navigation or search menus.
2. When you find a gift / product that you would like to purchase insert the quantity you wish to buy & click the ‘Add to cart’ button.
3. After you insert a new product or modify the quantites click ‘Update’ to effect changes.
4. Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, proceed by clicking ‘Check out’.
5. You can still delete / add items until you finalise your payment.
6. At the checkout you will be asked to enter your delivery & payment details.
7. Your credit card / bank details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology.
9. Postage / shipping costs will be automatically added to your order at the checkout.
10. You will receive an automatic confirmation & tax invoice of your order be email. Should you not receive this email, please contact us to check as your order may not have been confirmed.

Privacy
Guilt-free Gifts, its owners and employees, respect your privacy. We will not transfer your personal or sales details to any other third party and will maintain strict compliance with The Privacy Act 1988. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our postal or email list please contact us and we will act in accordance with your instructions.
