Plant Your Gift Tag & Greeting Cards & See Them Grow!
Your Guilt-free gift tag & greeting cards contain either Chamomile or Alyssum seeds….if you follow the simple instructions below, you can watch them grow!
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is a pretty annual herb that produces small daisy-like flowers.
Its tea has been used medicinally for centuries to aid with relaxation & insomnia, to ease stomach upsets & even soothes irritated skin.
The plant can grow to approx 15-40cm in height, and is ideally sown in spring, summer & early autumn.
Alyssum (Lobularia maritime) is a popular annual plant for rockeries, borders and edges due to its low-growing style and quick flowering time (approx. 8 weeks).
A great plant for hanging baskets.
Easy Planting Guide:
1. Soak your gift tag or card in water until completely moist.
2. Plant into a pot containing quality soil and cover with a sprinkle of soil.
3. Water again.
4. Place in a sunny position, or sunny with partial shade, and ensure the tag/card is kept moist throughout the germination period.
5. Depending on conditions, seeds are expected to germinate within 5-14 days.
